MATIYA YOUTH BEACH EXCURSION

Since several hundred Matiya Youth will be participating in the 1st Matiya World National Convention this summer in Anaheim, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get together for a fun filled day in the sun.   The Matiya World Youth Subcommittee would like to invite all youth to participate in the Matiya Youth Beach Excursion on Friday, July 13th at Doheny State Beach between 2 and 7pm.  During this time, the youth will be able to participate in outdoor activities and games while getting to know each other in a causal atmosphere.  The pavilion we have reserved has a beach and volleyball court within a couple hundred feet to ensure we have an array of activities to suit everyone.  And of course, we will have plenty of FREE FOOD!

We ask that everyone fill out the registration form (liIf you are 18 or over, you can fill out the form and then click submit to transmit your information to us.  If you are under 18, your form must be signed by a parent/guardian, printed out, and mailed or faxed in to the location specified on the registration form.  The form also has a section for participants to let us know if they need transportation between the convention center and beach.  And if anyone has suggestions for the excursion or convention there is a place to voice these ideas on the form.  The deadline for these forms is Friday, July 6th.

A confirmation email will be sent to participants when their registration form is received.  A week before the excursion, registered participants will receive another email with reminders concerning contact information, a list of possible items to bring, and details regarding the shuttle service to and from Doheny State Beach.
